It’s time Dubuque leadership budgets more tax payers money to maintain Iconic ? Eagle Point Park instead of just extra $$$ at fantasy river front projects. The on keeper Greens and lack of flowers, no kids play splash pool. This park use to be known as must see, why not now. The gang banger didn’t want to pay to play and get kicked out early. Amazing many Asbury residents don’t know of the Eagle Point Park. How can we recommend it / is it safe? ? Forgotten - Left Neglected - $$ Other Projects
